When are we ever ready for a breakup? Here's how to do do it anyway.
Breaking up? Thinking about it? Not sure you can? This episode's for you. Breaking up is universally hard, isn't it? It's one of the few things everyone can agree on: it hurts, whether you're doing the leaving or you are being left.
In this episode I share some of my own research and experiences to make the transition easier for both of you, even if the breakup is about to get toxic but also for amicalbe separations. It doesn't matter. They're all hard!
