(Ep. 54) Healing In The Metaverse: The Real Metaverse That Zuckerberg Stole His Idea From

Healing in the real metaverse doesn't have anything to do with Mark Zuckerberg or VR goggles. The identities that we adopt out of a perceived need to survive are literal universes with their own consciousness. If we want to change universes we've got to adopt a different consciousness. But you can't find your way to a new consciousness when looking through the old. You need help to get there. I had a session with someone who helped me start to see a different possibility. I was able to step back from the survival identity and consciousness and start to see the new.
