He invests in California and Indianapolis, and while he acquired his first property in 2013, he didn't intentionally invest until 2 years ago. Ernesto takes great pride in helping fellow newbie investors achieve success earlier in their investing journey by helping them gain clarity in their strategy, criteria and processes as he actively does the same.
