When the mask slips...

#53 This episode was inspired by an experience one of my clients had that got me thinking about what we permit when it serves our purposes, and how our permissiveness ends up creating or perpetuating the very culture that hurts.

I ask us a few tricky questions here, and I invite you to listen with the willingness to not just point the finger at others, but to quietly dare to check your own heart- as I am doing - and see if you're willing to be honest about where you may have room to grow too.
