If You're Not Growing Then What?

Hi Goddesses, I am so excited to bring you today's episode because it is the advice that my father used to say all the time.  This advice has stuck with me throughout my entire childhood, adult life, and entrepreneurial journey.  He used to say "if you aren't growing then you are dying".  You know what it's so true we are experiencing growth all the time.  Whether we are forced too or not and goddesses growth is a good thing!
