Mike Chmielewski discusses the state of the borough with Mike Brown, the Mat-Su Borough manager. The Manager is responsible for the proper administration of all Borough affairs. The two Mikes break down the new proposition in front of the Assembly for a $.07 tax on fuel to be used for road improvements.
