Episode 8 of the Big Access Podcast is here and we can not be more excited! Not only have we been able to start off a great series but we have more episodes yet to come! Episode 8 is all about our customer support/experience and how we manage this service. We will be talking with Jeromy Stokes, a legend of a man who you have heard throughout the podcast, but also who is the Support Manager for PDK.

One of the biggest things to PDK is being able to be there for our partners when they need us. This is why we offer, what we believe, is the best kind of tech/customer support that exists; with most of our calls being answered within the minimalistic amount of time.
