In today's episode, we explore the concept of absolute truth for you as an organic leader and leaderpreneur. Manufacturing truth occurs when individuals let circumstances and experiences dictate their perception of truth. 

  Many people have embraced relative truths based on their life challenges. The capacity to manufacture truth is acknowledged as a human trait, whereas truth itself is ABSOLUTE.    To discern whether you are manufacturing truth, you need to ask the question: "Is my present understanding of the situation the truth?"
