Jesus' Three Baptisms

Did you know that Jesus the Messiah, Jesus Christ received three baptisms during his life and ministry? He began his ministry as the Promised One who would redeem his people and bring in the Kingdom of by being dipped in the Jordan River by John his forerunner. John cam preaching a baptism of repentance. Jesus asked John to baptize him. John did not think he should because he knew Jesus was sinless. Jesus said we do it to fulfill all righteousness. Immediately coming up from the water Jesus is immersed (baptized) with the fullness of the Holy Spirit. He is filled with the Spirit to do his ministry as Messiah and fulfill the three offices that received an anointing by oil under the Old Covenant- as Prophet like Moses, as High Priest like Aaron and as King like David.
Later in last half of his ministry he spoke of his baptism of suffering he would undergo to redeem his people. Luke 12:50
