My first interview is with Melissa Spencer @melispencer. She shares with us what her health journey has been like over the past year. We discuss how she has gradually increased her workouts and added more fruits and vegetables to her daily life. She describes a couple different situations where she had to decide which thought would best serve her. It is interesting to hear how important her mindset has been on her journey.
She will be putting her fitness to the test next weekend as she competes in her first triathlon.
Along with finding her healthier self, she has also lost 40 pounds.
