How to deal with DM burnout!

Let's face it, A DM has a really difficult job. They plan every session, play every NPC, keep track of the plot, deal with the plot going off track, the list goes on and on! It's very probably that your DM has suffered a lot of burnout. How can you help a DM deal with that?
