As we continue to slowly make our way closer to Bryan Kohberger's trial, things are certainly in motion behind the scenes at the judicial level. One of those moves that we have seen take place recently was the request to add another lawyer to Bryan Kohberger's team. This was a request that was approved by Judge Marshall and another signal that this case will be tried as a a capital murder case.
