Parenting in the New LGBTQ Landscape

The LGBTQ community is not new, but the statistics would show that it's changing. A handful of years ago, 3-4% of people identified within that community. Some surveys are now showing that number to be up to 30% in some middle schools. How do we talk to our kids about this changing landscape and love those around us?
