Tracey Bickle, an Elder of The International House of Prayer, talks about bitterness and how not to be bitter even when we want to be bitter towards bad situations. She says that Hebrews 12:15 is one of the most challenging verses that there is for us as Bible students to follow. We need to be and look diligent towards God, and not our phones.  She also talks about how our relationship with God is affected when our emotions are affected poorly.  God is the author of our life and He is going to choose how our life goes.
