1. Can you give me more clarity to what is happening directly before and directly after the scenario?
2. Is he/she triggered by other kids or is hit always a solo event?
3. Does the behavior increase, decrease, or stay the same during the entire duration?
4. What type of language is being used to help work through it?
5. What are the consequences?
6. What gets him/her out of the episode?
7. What is his/her demeanor the rest of the day?
