Nisha Lehmann | Confidential Conversations: Overcoming Adversity and Finding Inner Strength

On this week's show, we welcome Nisha Lehmann, a Partner Manager and UX designer by day.  Nisha is a staunch advocate for better mental health and believes that there is so much more we could be doing in this space that we are simply not doing. Nisha developed an app to help and to ensure financial barriers or cultural stigma stop playing a role in making the decision to get help for mental health.  In this episode, Nisha discusses her mental health journey, and what inspired her to create Confidential Conversations.  She also explains why it is important to ensure people have a safe space to discuss their mental health and simple things you can do to have better mental health.  Nisha invites you to grab Confidential Conversations available in the app store.
