How to Say No without feeling Guilty or Feeling Bad!

In this episode, Tracey explains why it's not only important to say "NO" without feeling guilty, but she even asks you to CELEBRATE your "NOs."  Tracey explains that if you keep saying yes to things or just keep doing things for other people, you are training people to not value your time and you need to train people to value you and your time. So you can stop taking time away from the thing you want to achieve and what is most important to you!
