hello! It's been a while hasn't it. Well today, we are back - unfortunately not with Season 5 episodes - but a bonus episodes to keep you guys going until Season 5 is ready.

In today's episode, I get into a subject that I haven't had the chance to really speak about before, which is body image. My past, my thoughts about my body, how I've internalized other people's perception on my body, and finally, acknowledging a path to acceptance.
