A lot of people think that living in a world without any pain or negative experiences would be better, but I believe that we can't run away from negative experiences. Why? Because growth is pain. In order to grow we are put through several different circumstances and given opportunities to reflect, change, learn and move forward with more insight and experience - which in other words, is growth. Today I talk about how I became more self aware and focused on my growth and how you guys can too. I love you all, enjoy!
