Today I'm talking with Kelly Robinson-Key (Kelly The Poet) about post-natal depression, how poetry helped her recover and we get a little bit ranty as we set the world to rights!
TRIGGER WARNING: we do talk about suicidal thoughts in this episode.
Kelly is a poet that hasn’t studied English since school, but found a passion in writing rhyme after her two children were born. Kelly suffered with post-natal depression for five years before finding poetry. Writing has helped her overcome struggles and find a way through dark times. Kelly now writes to help other people, to encourage, to give inspiration and to motivate.
