51 - Masking

Let's talk about masking. I'm not an expert by any means on this topic, however it is something that I possibly do myself and I've seen in my partner and others in my close circle. In fact, anyone who has some level of neurodivergence likely masks. What is masking? Why do people do it? Let's take a look at this exhausting behavior that helps people blend in.
