38 - Learn from Failures

Let's talk about learning opportunities. Not failures; learning opportunities. In a recent trip to Florida with some other coaches, I had a humbling experience facilitating a psychodrama in a group of other coaches. In this experience, I had a revelation on what I perceived as failures due to my perfectionist thinking at the time. Often times what we perceive as failures are more lessons on how we can grow and evolve as a person. When they become failures if when we fail to learn from them.
