34 -Adjust Your Expectations

Let's talk about expectations. Ever heard the saying that expectations are disappointments waiting to happen? I did years ago. The trick is to not keep expectations a secret or not expect anything, it's adjusting them so they are healthy and realistic. In my experience, I've had expectations that could fly to the moon and back and all I got in return was an outcome of a little hop. What can we do to change these expectations?
