In his 20-year career as a Navy SEAL, Ed Hiner saw nine major deployments and commanded hundreds of strategic combat missions across the globe. He earned two Bronze Stars with a “V” for valour and combat leadership.
Being a retired navy seal, Ed believes in nurturing young individuals through team sports and training. Ed is currently pursuing his passion of paying forward by educating and training youth through his “SEALPRENEURSHIP” program.
Navy seal’s prepare for the worst in the best way possible, He has taken his navy seal journey and transformed it into a mental mindset training to help kids deal with fear, trauma, stress and help them combat fear. In this episode, Ed talks about his journey being a navy seal and lessons that all humans can learn to improve their performance in high-stress environments.
