TC Chatterjee is a purpose-driven global leader with deep experience in business growth and transformation.  A seasoned and well-rounded executive, TC’s areas of expertise include strategy development and execution, people leadership, financial acumen, brand leadership and business building through geographic and business model expansion.  TC’s experience spans multiple facets of the food industry including foodservice, industrial, retail and hospitality, both with publicly held and family-owned private companies.

With more than twenty-five years of general management and busines leadership experience, TC combines strategicand operational excellence with strong financial acumen. TC has built a robust reputation for successfully blending a high focus on people with disciplined leadership and performance orientation.   

 As Group President, COO, and subsequently in his current five-year tenure as CEO, TC has successfully led the Griffith Foods organization’s transformational journey to becoming a purpose driven company while also delivering market leading growth and strong financial performance.

TC earned his MBA from Babson College and has Masters degrees in E-Commerce and in Hospitality, with undergraduate degrees in Business and Hospitality Management.   

The breadth and depth of TC’s experience has established him as a global leader with strategic, analytical and operational excellence.  

TC started his managerial career as a financial controller and subsequently operations leader with a multinational hotel company.  After his MBA, TC held progressive leadership positions in marketing and business management with CPC, Bestfoods and Unilever.
