Today We’re joined by Julie Fotheringham. Julie has effectively impacted C-level leaders, Entrepreneurs and Managers through her implementation of customized Experiential Leadership Development programs. She is a certified ICF coach, an Integrative Enneagram accredited practitioner and certified in EQi 2.0 and EQ 360. Her background as an Executive Leader in both entrepreneurial and Fortune 100 companies focused on healthcare and CPG, is key to her understanding of the challenges faced by her clients. Julie currently serves as Partner at HAGEMAN: Executive Coaching-Training-Events. She has led development programming for some of the country's most influential leaders through the Young Presidents Organization and Ford of Canada where she created and implemented the Business Leaders Challenge program.  As an Executive Coach and Trainer, Julie has developed and delivered workshops on The Power of Liminal Space, The Key to Effective Teams and other topics intended to grow self, team and other-awareness.
