Howard Chang. Howard is the CEO of theturnlab - a consultancy led marketing technology company based in Toronto. Howard has been an entrepreneur since his university days launching half a dozen successful start-ups over his career. At  www.theturnlab.com Howard and his 55 member team uses research, strategy, marketing and technology to help business leaders solve pressing challenges to #turnthetide and win in the marketplace. Howard is also a believer that business can be a force for good and theturnlab is a certified B Corp that adheres to a 3P triple bottom line of People, Planet and Profits. A lot of Howard’s business success can be attributed to his long history of competitive sport. He was an elite road cyclist and has also coached members of Canada’s men’s and women’s national cycling team. He is a cofounder of the Les Domestique Cycling club and chaired the fundraising for the $56 million Mattamy National Cycling Center.
