Chris and Zacca are back for another weekend recap on all things training, run2pb community results and training chat.

We hear about Chris's Hill and Threshold session as he ticks another box as the lead up to GC Half continues. Coach Andy sets a tough hill session that will 'pay the bills'. Zac also tries to scare Chris with some owl noises.

Zacca returns from Launceston buoyed by his result as he enjoys being back on the road with carbon under the foot, where he finishes with a negative split. We hear about all the excitement of race weekend, including being part of the winners entourage and after party with Run2PB Coach and winner of the 10k - James Hansen.

Chris and Zacca recap results from around the country, including a spontaneous 100km race from Katie Dall, an Ironman from Chris's athlete Lauren, and Run2PB Coach Josh Harris and his success with some debut racers.

The boys discuss base training and the importance of it in a training program, before going into some analogies around base training and how it impacts all aspects of your running.
