EP91 Ft. Run2PB Coach Matt Davy & Jells Park Recap.

This week on better with running podcast, Zac and Chris are joined by RUN2PB Coach Matt davy as he returns to the podcast for a catch up. We hear about Matt's experience at Round 1 of Athletics Victoria - State 6km XC relays, held at Jells Park,  including donning the famous red shorts. The lads talk about how much fun they all had over the hills at jells park, the community and inclusive atmosphere that club running offers. We close with Matt revealing he wants to go back to Launceston for redemption against zacca over the 10k next month.

Chris and Zac provide and insight into how they pulled up post race and the rest if their running week including Zacca getting up for a 5 x mile workout with his MUAC club mates.

With many races coming up including the Great Ocean Road Running Festival Chris and Zac talk about tapering for events, what it can feel like, how to approach and the objective of it.

They round out the show with Chris and Zac letting the listeners know Soph Fitt will be back for another chat due to popular demand and that shoe chat is on the way back when we can pin down Sammy the shoe dog!
