Zacca and Matt have a discussion about some of the amazing performances they've seen at the Olympics so far and what they are looking forward to seeing. They also discuss some of the original documented training techniques and diet from the early 1800 distance runners and how that has progressed over time by going into their own weeks.
Zacca gets the wheels moving with a fartlek and 20min tempo set, whilst Matt hits some hill reps and joins a couple of training partners, Ben and Run2PB coach Karinna Fyfe for a 5k TT.
