Almost 4 years ago (at 64) I went to the doctor for my annual checkup & discovered I was pre-diabetic. I have yo-yo dieted from age 40-to 64 gaining & losing weight but never keeping it off for more than a year. I was scared to death because I have seen what diabetes has done to others & I am terrified of needles. The doctor told me I needed to change the way I eat or I would be on medication or insulin within 2 years. So I started on a journey of eating clean that developed over time with research & trial and error. In 18 months I lost 103 lbs. and have never gained an ounce back. Then I developed my course Balance 4 Life teaching others how to do the same. I help people who do not have to lose weight but need more energy or want to get off medication. 

I am an entrepreneur & a coach for my program balance4life. I teach others how to live from the inside out & not the outside in, how to eat cleaner & use cleaner products no matter their age or ailments. I developed the program three years ago after much research & lost 103 pounds. I am 67 years old & my only issue to date is my thyroid. My clients experience more energy, they sleep better, some get off medications & also lose weight.
