Building a team, whether from scratch or adding new members, reminds me of those delicate card castles. It takes focus, patience, and basically forever to build that foundation. One misplaced card or a sudden gust of wind... poof!  Sound familiar? 

So much goes into building teams AND making them perform – especially in the fast-paced tech world. I've built my fair share of card castles, aka teams, and let me tell you, some have been stunners, others... well, let's just say there were lessons learned along the way.
