Episode #12 - Coaches Corner - Nick Whiteman

Nick Whiteman is part of the online coaching team at Flex Success, originating in Australia with the team based around the world.

Currently based in Germany, Nick has quite the repertoire of qualifications and experience in coaching, including Level 1 Accredited Australian Weightlifting Coach, Level 2 Powerlifting Coach, and a Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach to name a few.

Nutrition-wise, Nick is a certified MNU nutritionist and is currently studying the well respected IOPN certification.

Known as Coach Big Nick, the “big” in his nickname isn’t all about size! Nick has an infectious personality, where big laughs are to be expected!

An avid lifer and playing in the top league for Rugby Union in Germany, his passion for performance extends beyond the gym.
