Our first guest of season two is Navy SEAL Commander Mark Divine.

On top of being a SEAL, Mark has a bachelors degree in economics from Colgate University, and MBA from New York University, and is a certified public accountant

He is also a black belt in Seido Karate and
Goju Ryu Karate 

At 21 years old Mark was fascinated by eastern philosophy. He embarked on what would eventually be a lifetime of studies in Zen meditation, the martial arts and mindset training.

At the same time, he worked as a consultant for PriceWaterhouse Coopers, Four years later, Mark left the corporate world for a twenty year career in the Navy SEALs where he led critical missions around the globe.

The highest ranked trainee of SEAL BUD/S, Mark served 9 years on active duty, 11 as a Reserve SEAL and retired as Commander in 2011. His leadership of teams was so effective the government tasked him with creating a nationwide mentoring program for SEAL trainees. This program eventually became SEALFIT

Commander Divine is also the author of 5 bestselling books, including two of my favorite books Way of the SEAL and Unbeatable Mind
