Today we're talking about a way to ELEVATE your mood, energy, and purpose (whatever it is you're working on right now) in a different way---- by lifting, supporting and encouraging others! There's a lot of information showing that we improve our physical health and well being when we actively support others, so let's make a more intentional effort to do this with the people we interact with in our daily lives.
And, let's face it. There's a lot of negativity, criticism, and comparison in the world today, so it's a perfect time to SEEK opportunities to encourage others. Be the person who takes a moment to reach out, recognize, and be supportive of others.
This isn't really anything new, but I think it's something we need to be reminded about sometimes too ( I know I do). When we take time to support others, the "ripple effect" is set into motion, which impacts so many more lives!
