Jeff Mollencop: Long time Central Oregonian, turned Oregon coast surf shop owner who is helping shape the culture of Pacific City Oregon.  Being adjacent to Cape Kiwanda State Park and one of the closest coastal communities to Central Oregon, Pacific City is a common escape for Central Oregonians who enjoy surf, sand, and sometimes sun.  Now with a new Skate park and growing community, we talk with Jeff about the role of his Retail surf shop, Moment Surf Company, and how he and his staff are helping shape the growth of Pacific City. 

 Mia Williamson:  Newport Oregon Local, Mia was recruited by Jeff to manage and help lead the team at Moment.  In addition, she has been instrumental in helping form a new Oregon Coast Chapter for the Surfrider Foundation, a global nonprofit that fights for ocean protection, coastal preservation, beach access, reducing the impact of plastic pollution and clean water.
