Hello, my friend and welcome to the Belong Wellness podcast! I am your host, Jessica Long. 

I am a midlife woman currently riding the freight train off a cliff that is perimenopause all while raising two small children, attempting to be a decent wife and trying to run a small business. 

I’m a corporate marketing professional turned fitness studio owner turned health coach specializing in midlife women’s hormone health. Clearly, I love a career pivot and entrepreneurship. And, I am fascinated with understanding my body and making intelligent decisions when it comes to my nutrition and lifestyle so I can feel my best, or honestly, just feel like myself again, which is my current goal. 

Each week I will share my own personal stories of how I navigate this wild stage of life. I will also bring in guests to share their incredible stories of bravery, resilience and badassery. My hope is that as you listen you feel inspired to make positive changes in your life that help you feel like yourself again and show this stage of life who’s boss.
