Ep 16: Ashley Ludman on Breathwork, Plant Medicine & Trusting Intuition

Ashley Ludman has navigated many twists and turns in her existence on her way to her current home in Nosara, Costa Rica. The continuous thread in her life has been her reliance on and fascination with the breath and how it links us all together. She sees the thread of breath intricately interwoven to all aspects of her life path and purpose of healing the world. She is an artist, a breathwork facilitator and plant medicine guide. Her work as a healer supports others to also acknowledge the capacity that they have within to access the unique healing capacity of breath and presence.
