Birthdays, Empty Nests and Hamlet Again

Why are birthdays a thing? I prefer Carolla’s Achievement Day instead. On top of birthday musings, add on a dollop of coaching empty nest and the annual start of another trip around the sun is rather dour. But at least the old to run or not to run questions is back especially since I am looking at 4 months of 70 plus mile weeks if I hope to do another Double crossing of the Great Virtual Race Across Tennessee. https://linktr.ee/AND3RSON
