No CIF State Meet so next weekend’s Arcadia will be where California’s finest track and field athletes will shine.  Ethiopia is having their Olympic Marathon trials this weekend and their GOAT Kenenisa Bekele isn’t happy and won’t be competing. They are going with the top 3 make the team by KB and the 3rd and 10th fastest marathoners of all time won’t be at the starting line. They are fit but believe the race was too last minute and too close to Tokyo.  Good news for college track and field athletes is the NCAA has approved their prelims so the top 48 will get to compete at Nationals.  Speaking of competition, this weekend is the last weekend to try and make the USATF 24 Hour World team.   https://linktr.ee/AND3RSON
