Welcome to Episode 3 of Behind the Hedgehog. 

Talking is my passion and it is just great to be able to chat with different and unique persons. Simon Binder is one of the smartest and nicest people I know, every time we meet it is a great conversation.

So it was also this time, we talked about Communities, Mentorship and how to attract talent to get into IT, what makes a great Event and how we see the future thinking about our daughters and give them the chances they deserve.
