This week on Behind the Dreamers, we sit down with John-Michael Rogers, a sales consultant at the Dallas Cowboys. Born and raised in Dallas, not only is he a lifelong fan of the Cowboys, but he is instrumental in expanding the reach of the brand through his work at the Formation at the Star. He has held various roles in sales, including working for AT&T Stadium and traveling as a college recruiter. He also sold luxury preowned cars during his college breaks. In this episode, we talk about his journey, including flipping his first home, and he lets us in on what it's like working with America's team. He is young, passionate, and definitely a magic-maker.
