One of the best things about having a tough year is being able to look back and grow from it. Having a year where I was sick a lot, having been pushed to the floor by a student, running after students, blocking them from hurting other students, being cussed out and more. Most people say it comes with the territory, which I believe it does, to an extent, but students are seemingly more out of control. How can you help them gain some type of control so you can teach, and they can learn? Well, it definitely takes all of us working together to give them the skills to succeed. I share some of these lessons as I continue to learn and grow as well, so listen in!
