This week we journey to the Baltic states of Estonia and Latvia as well as UNESCO world heritage site of Suomenlinna in Helsinki.

We explore open-air museums, sea fortresses, cobbled old towns, and say no to barbecued reindeer.

I also talk through the bees, the magic and structure of the hive as well as some interesting insights into this crucial super organism, which supports life and food supply of our planet.
