Breathtaking Bolivia

This week we venture to Bolivia, where we experience the most outstanding sunset you could ever imagine.

We explore Sucre; the Spanish colonial town, Potosi; a rich mining silver town and of course Uyuni, housing the largest salt flat in the world.

I talk through the altitude sickness, chewing coca leaves, showers on toilets and the difficult lives of the silver miners.

I share the beekeeping updates, my first solo inspection, the truth behind almond milk production (the US bee massacre) and of course my book hitting the stores, yay !
