Becoming Emotionally Available - Podcast

Becoming Emotionally Available

I’m Dagmar Kusiak, Relationship Coach and creator of the BEAM (Becoming Emotionally Available Mastery) Program.

After healing from my own painful experiences with toxic relationships, I now help driven men and women break free from unhealthy patterns, build emotional availability, and cultivate thriving relationships rooted in clarity, compatibility, and communication. Because your match doesn’t start with a partner, it begins within. This podcast was created to empower people who struggle in romantic relationships to see that you can juggle work and have a healthy relationship. You will hear experience, strength, and lots of wisdom of people who show up emotionally available. You will learn their stories, their struggles, and relationship tips to break whatever is holding you back. This podcast isn't about perfection, but accepting your perfectly imperfect self and attracting emotionally available relationships.
