Ann Ryan: Home

In this episode, I talk to my mom, Ann Ryan. She’s a very modest, hard-working, giving person who doesn’t talk much about herself.  

I was excited for the opportunity to learn more about her experience growing up in a small village in County Mayo, Ireland.  And I wanted to get to know more about what life was like for her when she moved to Chicago.

It was fun to step back in time with her and get a better sense of what life was like!  I have so much admiration for people who are willing to take risks and step out of their comfort zones.  I’m always inspired by their stories.

While she paints a picture of what life was like for her growing up in Ireland… I’ll also share some pics of the things she talked about on the podcast page for my website, maureenryan.co.
