E34 Q&A With Professor Pete Alexander: My Audience Has Dropped! Now what?

In this episode of become a successful podcaster, I start a brand new series called Q&A, where I take an audio question submitted by a podcaster, who wants answers to a particular situation? I also realize that these questions are on the minds of a lot of podcasters. So I'm not just answering one podcaster I miss answering many podcasters and the questions initiated by one, which is really cool, because I get to understand what people are thinking and what they want, and what their issues are. Period. I talk to Professor Pete Alexander, of the winning business podcast in this episode, and he talks about questions about why he has lower audience lately. Even though the quality of his episodes have gone up. His editing, production quality has gone up, and even the quality of his guests have has gone up.

However unfortunately, the audience and the market is telling him that something needs to change further than everything improving with his podcast because his audience is shrinking. And it has caused him to stop podcasting for a while and not put up any podcast episodes. So we have to find out what's going on. And Pete wants to know what he has to do the either look into a root cause or two, find a solution or both. Because let's face it, your podcast. Audience growth is the most important thing. Period. This is the beginning of the series of Q and A that I get from audio from podcasters.
