For episode 2 I talk about Alt purchasing a 51% stake in a 2009-10 National Treasures 1/1 Rookie Logoman of Steph Curry for a $5.9 million valuation.
The description above is key as they did not pay $5.9 million, but rather 51% of that to account for their ownership stake.
I argue why I don't believe this to be a valid "sale" even if it can be a valid transaction or financial arrangement.
I also pitch for having a real distinction between record "sales" versus record valuations or other categories that fall under the fractional ownership model.
These will be available on both the YouTube and podcast formats, downloadable on iTunes, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.
