Self-Confidence is an Internal Game

Belief in yourself has to come from within because that's where it started in the first place.  We are all born believing that we CAN!!  It's outside influences overtime that put doubt in our minds.  This episode is all about self doubt and why we have it and how to cast it out and replace with it self-confidence.  It's short but sweet and a much needed topic to discuss because EVERYONE struggles with this.  And as Ed Mylett says, "Self doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will."  So it's not something you want to go through life letting have power over you.
